About Me

Im an electrical engineer who loves fitness. I worked for an engineering company and most of the time Im behind a computer.

During my pregnancy I gained 35 pounds, maybe it didn't seem like much but being 5' 2" and with a pre pregnancy weight of 135 lb it was hard. Luckily I lost the weight very fast but two years later went on a cruise and gained 10 pounds and a couple more after that. In 2007, I decided to buy P90 but like most of us didnt use it until 2009 when I decided to do something about my weight.

I began my first round of P90 in May 2009 and after two months I lost 10 pounds. At that point I decided to give a try to get some support and motivation from my Beachbody Coach. She helped me with my eating plan and introduce me to the Messages Boards. With all that support I continued my journey to a fit life. Also I started using the Beachbody tools to track my progress and writting on the Messages Boards. I met people in the same journey to a better body and mind.

All that support and motivation inspired me and thats why I became an Independent Beachbody Coach. Beachbody community help you to be acountable and keep you on track. So...DECIDE, COMMIT. SUCCEED! (Beachbody Tag and mine too!)
