I was lost but now I'm BACK!

I know is being long since my last post, totally my fault. Have to admit that I fell of the workout wagon on december 2010. YEAH..Christmas got in the way...but I am getting back on track slooowly.


So my new advneture is CHALENE EXTREME, it's not P90X biut it makes you sweat and shake. Chalene is all about LEAN PHASING and MUSCLE BURNS FAT!!!! Thats my main goal so I will give 90 Days to Chalene and see how it goes.
